- Application of BudBox™ Ltd Guarantee
BudBox™ Ltd guarantees all of its products. Depending on the product you buy, it is legally protected by a commercial guarantee. As a manufacturer and with a constant concern for quality and safety, we wish to give complete satisfaction to all our buyers.
- Application of the BudBox™ Ltd warranty
- a. BudBox™ Ltd Tents are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- b. If a BudBox™ Ltd product fails due to a manufacturing defect, BudBox™ Ltd will repair the product without charge or replace it, at its discretion.
- c. Only original, unchanged and unmodified materials and labour are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, poor maintenance, neglect, normal wear and tear, or the natural degradation of materials for extended periods of time and prolonged use.
- d. This warranty does not cover consequential damage or any other loss resulting from a defect in the product.
- AFTER-SALES SERVICE REQUEST
- a. You are an end-consumer and bought our product from a retailer
Your retailer is responsible for managing the After-Sales Service requests. In order to properly manage your request, please send following information to your retailer with the following details:
- Product name and description.
- Detailed description of the issues and pictures of any damage.
- Picture of the manufacturing code “PO-xxx”, where xxx is a number. This is sewn into the top of the main door on the inside.
- Picture of the whole tent, showing our logo.
- Proof and date of purchase.
Once all the information has been gathered, an investigation will follow. All the information is necessary to process the request efficiently.
On the result of those checks, a replacement of the faulty product or a credit note will be done by the retailer, if the fault is deemed to comply with the Application of the BudBox™ Ltd Warranty above.
No credit note or product replacement will be done directly by BudBox™ Ltd.
- b. You are a retailer and bought our products from an authorised BudBox™ Ltd Distributor
Your distributor is responsible for managing the After-Sales Service requests. In order to properly manage your request, please send following information to your distributor with the following details:
- Product name and description.
- Detailed description of the issues and pictures of any damage.
- Picture of the manufacturing code “PO-xxx”, where xxx is a number. This is sewn into the top of the main door on the inside.
- Picture of the whole tent, showing our logo.
- Proof and date of purchase.
